Scaling our San Francisco presence

"Our trajectory right now is wild and our North American expansion is easily one of the most thrilling chapters yet. Opening our San Francisco office last year was a massive milestone and we're scaling fast across multiple teams in the region."

Building our San Francisco presence has meant more than opening a new office. It's about expanding our Commercial capabilities, strengthening relationships with some of the world's most innovative companies and creating opportunities for more talented people to join the business. One of the defining moments in Louis's career was the opportunity to relocate from the UK to the US and lead our expansion on the West Coast. It wasn't simply a change of location, but the chance to take on a new challenge, build in a high-growth market and accelerate his career on a global stage.
